Chairside Assistants
All chairside assistants at Kristo Orthodontics--even those with previous dental assistant experience—receive unique hands-on training prior to providing care to our patients. The assistants are instructed on the specifics of “what, why & when” so they are better able to educate our patients and answer questions in terms they can understand.
Appointment Coordinators
Our Appointment Coordinators greet you at the front desk and answer your telephone calls with a smile! They are a friendly bunch and are more than happy to answer any question you have.
Finance & Insurance Coordinators
Our Finance and Insurance Coordinator brings 10 years of experience to Kristo Orthodontics. She is more than happy to answer any questions regarding insurance benefits, payment plans and flex plans.
Office Managers
Brenda and Tammy bring years of experience in patient care to Kristo Orthodontics. Their goal is to ensure that patients have a great experience throughout treatment. You will find either Brenda or Tammy in the office at all times since they job-share this position.
Treatment & New Patient Coordinators
These two faces will be some of the first ones you see at Kristo Orthodontics. Our New Patient Coordinator and our Treatment Coordinator work very closely with the doctors during your initial experience here. Their orthodontic background and super friendly attitudes make them a real asset to the Kristo Orthodontics team!
Lab & Records Technicians
Our diagnostic records team is specially trained in obtaining and processing diagnostic records using the latest technologic advances. Their expertise in patience and friendliness bring a sense of relaxation to a sometimes intimidating experience!
Also serving as Lab Techs, these ladies play a vital role at Kristo Orthodontics. Their experience and expertise in appliance fabrication helps us provide appliances and retainers in a more timely manner than sending them out to another location.
